Shocking Asia (1976)

This mondo film depicts graphic scenes from the Asian continent. We witness a mass piercing in India and cremated remains of human bodies dumped into the Ganges river in clear sight of bathers. The camera then shows Japanese sex clubs which reenact bizarre sexual rituals and S&M fantasies. There is also a very graphic sex change operation in Singapore. Naked Africa (1957)

Although supposedly a 'serious' documentary the filmakers went out of their way to film the weird and wicked safari hunts, manhood initiation ceremonies, hot coal walkers, frenzied religious ceremonies where the participants pierce their bodies and so on. Acid Delirium of the Senses (1968)

Beautiful Italian people doing lots of drugs, whilst gangsters lurk in the shadows. I could have enjoyed this more if it weren't for the ridiculous Mondo-Faux Doc narrative function.... that stuff just killed all the momentum.
