To prevent a drug ring from killing her brother, Chen Chih Wen surrenders to the police claiming she is guilty of trafficking drugs. She is sent to jail. Years later she joins fellow inmates to escape after not hearing from her brother. The girls are bent on smashing the drug ring and to wipe out its members.
